Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 cn Tomatoes, drained
- 1 c Heavy Cream
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- ¼ tsp Basil
- 1 lb Penne Pasta
- 1 c Parmesan Cheese
- 2/3 c White Wine
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage and onion in butter.
Remove sausage.
Add garlic, oil, tomatoes and ½ wine.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Add sausage, cream and spices.
Cook 5-8 minutes
Pour over cooked penne, sprinkle cheese.
