PENNE WITH SAUAGE & CREAM SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian Sausage
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cn Tomatoes, drained
  • 1 c Heavy Cream
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Basil
  • 1 lb Penne Pasta
  • 1 c Parmesan Cheese
  • 2/3 c White Wine

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage and onion in butter.
Remove sausage.
Add garlic, oil, tomatoes and ½ wine.
Cook for 4 minutes.
Add sausage, cream and spices.
Cook 5-8 minutes
Pour over cooked penne, sprinkle cheese.
