Veal Scallopini

Ingredients

  • 3 Lbs Veal Thinly Sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 4 Green Peppers
  • 1 Lb Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 C Red Wine
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Season Veal with Salt & Pepper & Dust with Flour.

Saute Veggies in Olive Oil. Remove Veggies & Saute Veal in same Pan. Add Wine to Veal & Veggies. Cover & Bake @ 350 for 45 mins. and Uncovered 15 mins.
