- 6 oz low fat vanilla yogurt
- 4 strawberries, stemmed, sliced
- 1/2 c blueberries
- 1 T oat bran (optional)
- 4 oz cranberry juice
- 1 T honey
- 1 T lime juice
- 1/2 c crushed ice
