Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 med. head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 teas. salt
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teas. dry mustard
- 1 teas. celery seed
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cabbage and salt. Let stand 1 hour and squeeze out moisture. Add rest of vegetables and mix with dressing.
Boil all dressing ingredients for 1 minute and cool. Pour over cabbage, mix and freeze.
