Mushroom Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, washed and drained
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 T. flour
  • 1/2 c. cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute mushrooms in butter. Place in baking dish. Mix sour cream, flour and cheese; pour over top of mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
