Ingredients
- 6 1/2 inch thick pork chops
- 8-10 new (red) potatoes with peels, quartered
- 1 16 oz. package baby carrots
- 2 10 oz. cans cream of celery soup
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the pork chops. Brown pork chops in skillet and place in sprayed slow cooker. Place potatoes and carrots around pork chops.
Heat celery soup with 1/2 cup water in saucepan and pour over chops and vegetables. Cover an cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
