Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter or oleo
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 Lb dates cut fine
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, sugar, and dates. Cook until well blended and soft. Stirring smoothly. Cool. Stir in rice krispies. Shape mixture into small balls and roll in chopped nuts. Store in tight covered containers to mellow. Makes 24 balls.
