Poor Man's Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 3 lb stew meat
• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 1 can (10.5 oz) beef broth
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained...or fresh

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low x 10-12 hr. During last hour add frozen beans, if you so desire.

Serve over rice.
