Crock Pot Spinach

This recipe can be beautifully doubled for a crock pot.
I like this recipe because it is so easy and very good and can be made ahead of time. Cooking time does not need to be increased if recipe is doubled.

Ingredients
- 2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. (Can be thawed in the microwave)
- 2 cups creamed-style cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups American or cheddar cheese, cubed
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 t. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into greased crock pot. Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then turn to low for 4-5 hours.
