Ingredients
- 2 Cups Bisquick
- 3 Tbs butter (melted)
- 1 Cup sugar (Splenda cooking blend is also ok)
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbs Honey
- 3/4 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup 1/2 and 1/2
- 1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
Preparation
Step 1
1) Pre heat oven to 375f
2) Place pie filling and butter in bottom of glass baking pan
3) Mix remaining ingredients until it is thicker than a batter but thinner than dough
4) Cover cherries and butter with Bisquick mix
5) Bake 35-45 minutes until crust is cooked through and golden brown
