Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Bisquick

  • 3 Tbs butter (melted)

  • 1 Cup sugar (Splenda cooking blend is also ok)

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 Tbs Honey

  • 3/4 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 and 1/2

  • 1 Can Cherry Pie Filling

Directions

1) Pre heat oven to 375f 2) Place pie filling and butter in bottom of glass baking pan 3) Mix remaining ingredients until it is thicker than a batter but thinner than dough 4) Cover cherries and butter with Bisquick mix 5) Bake 35-45 minutes until crust is cooked through and golden brown
