Mini banana cakes

Ingredients

• Nana's Apple Cake Mix®
• 2 cups mashed ripe bananas
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
• Creamy Caramel Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Blend first 3 or 4 ingredients. Spoon cake into greased or lined cupcake tins. Bake at 350° for 20-23 minutes. To serve, top with warmed Creamy Caramel Sauce. Makes 12-15 cupcakes.
