Chicken, Artichoke & Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken
  • 1 Pkg Chicken Rice-A-Roni
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonaise
  • 1/2 Cup Celery
  • 1 jar marinated Artichoke hearts

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 2 Cups chicken
Cook 1 pkg Chicken Rice-a-Roni

Mix Chicken and 1/2 cup mayonaise, 1/2 cup celery and salt and pepper to taste. Combine cooked Rice-a-Roni and the chicken mixture. Stir in one jar marinated artichoke hearts(cut up).

Delicious served warm w/salad and rolls or served cold on lettuce or stuffed avocado/tomatoe.
