Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cut sweet potatoe cooked
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Deepfat Fryer
Preparation
Step 1
Mix wet ingredients and then gradually add dry ingredients. Mix til incorporated. Flour granite, knead dough a few times with flour. Roll out dough 1/2" thick cut with doughtnut cutter.
Place in 375 grease and cook 2 minutes per side.
Top with powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk and nuts. You can also use a cinnamon and sugar topping.
