Ingredients
- 1 C light mayonnaise
- 1 T mustard
- 2 T fresh dill or 1 1/2 t dried dill
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs red potatoes, cooked, quartered
- 1/3 C sliced green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and cool. Mix all other ingredients together and then mix gently with potatoes.
