Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 tbsp melted margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk sugar and cornstarch. Add remaining dry ingredients. Whip egg whites. Add milk and pumpkin to yolks. Pour margarine into pumpkin mix and whisk.
Add wet to dry ingredients, then fold in egg whites.
