BAKED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients

  • Saltine crackers, crushed
  • Seasoned salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Garlic powder
  • Pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 6 pork chops

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the first seven ingredients. Dip each pork chop first in a slightly beaten egg and then in the dry mixture.
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Put in the pork chops and turn the oven back to 325°. For thin chops, bake 40 minutes; thicker chops, 60 minutes.
