Pork Tenderloin -(Dan Davis)

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcheshire Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Marinade meat overnight or at least 8 hours. Remove meat from marinade and
season with seasoned salt and crushed peppercorns. Place on hot grill and
sear/brown on all sides. Remove from grill and cut into 1 1/2” medallions and
return to grill to finish cooking. Serve with sauce.
