Coconut Kisses

Ingredients

• 1 medium potato
• 1 lb confectioners sugar
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 square unsweetened chocolate.

Preparation

Step 1

Boil man mash potato. Add powdered sugar gradually then coconut and vanilla. Drop by tsp onto wax paper twirling into a peak.
