Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1/4 C chopped red bell pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped (or red onion 1/4 C)
- 2 T chopped Cilantro
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, diced
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 C cucumber, diced
- 1 to 2 T olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all in medium bowl; cover and let sit for at least 30 mins
