Ingredients
- Base:
- 2 1/2 c crushed pretzels
- 4 T brown sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- Middle:
- 1 8oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 small cool whip
- Top:
- 1 qt strawberries
- 1 large strawberry Jello
- 2 c boiling water
Preparation
Step 1
Use 9 x 13 pan
Mix ingredients for base. Pat into greased pan.
Bake 350 for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool completely.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and fold in cool whip.
Spread mixture on cooled crumb base, seal to edge.
Place strawberries in evev layer. Chill.
Boil water, add jello
Chill for 30 minutes or till slightly stiffining and pour over strawberry layer.
Chill salad for 2 hours.
