  • 1 can (4 ounce) crushed pineapple
  • 1 / cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons shoyu
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 cup onion, minced

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use.
