Ingredients
- EVOO
- boneless chicken breasts
- 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups minute rice - uncooked
- 2 cups broccoli
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken in EVOO. Remove from skillet. Add soup and one can of water to skillet. Bring to boil. Add rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Cover and cook until rice is tender.
