Green Olive Roll

One of Kk's FAVORITE appetizers!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. crean cheese, softened
  • 1 T mayo
  • 1/2 c green olives, chopped
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, chopped
  • 4 or 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 c chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and mayo together. Add garlic and olives. ( you can add as many olives as you like!) Then add a small handful of the chopped green onions. Take saran wrap and roll the mixture into a log shape and refrigerate until firm.
Right before serving the roll, roll it in pecans and the remaining green onions. Seve with what thins or pita chips.
