Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 Pork chops
  • 2 T. oil
  • 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled
  • 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
  • 15-1/4 oz. can peas (or frozen)
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pork chops in oil on both sides; arrange in a 13"x9" baking pan. Layer potatoes over pork chops; set aside.

Mix soups, peas and milk toether; spread over potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika; bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 40 minutes.
