Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 6 oz dried cranberries
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/4 c milk
- 1/4 c molasses
- 1 egg
Preparation
Step 1
heat to 350
combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in medium bowl. Combine pumpkin, cranberries, vegetable oil, milk, molasses and egg in separate medium bowl. Add to flour mixture, ,mixing just until all the dry ingredients are moist. Spoon batter into muffin tins.
Bake 30 minutes. Remove to wire rack.
