Cornflake Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 chicken cutlets
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 tbs Tony Cachere Cajun Seasoning
  • 4 cups cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven to 350.

Pour seasoning over butter and melt in a microwave safe bowl. Crush cornflakes in a ziploc bag.

Whisk butter with a fork to stir up the seasoning. Dip chicken in the butter, then in the cornflakes, then put in a pan.

Pour excess cornflakes on top of chicken to cover all the chicken. Pour butter mixture evenly across the top.
