Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry to cream, alternating w/ eggs. Add vanilla and carrots. Fold in nuts. Divide between 3 cakepans. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
