Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 ½ cups mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup nuts, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together butter and sugar. Add banana, eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk. Blend well. Stir in nuts, and pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hours.
