Ingredients
- 1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
- 1 SMALL CHOPPED ONION
- 1 GRATED CARROT
- 1/2 CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP BUTIER
- Saute all the above ingredients together till done.
- ADD
- 4 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
- I QUART CHOPPED AND PEELED TOMATOES
- 1/2 TEASPOON CURRY POWDER
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
- 4 TEASPOONS SUGAR
Preparation
Step 1
Cook 30 minutes on simmer
Blend 1/2 Cup more broth with 1/4 cup flour and add to hot soup to thicken. Sevre hot!!
