Ingredients
- 500 g of Cob
- 6 little Bok choi
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g of flour
- 100 g of hazelnut powder
- 30 g of hazelnut crumbs
- 4 spoons of olive oil
- 2 spoons of sesame oil
- 2 spoons of sesame seeds
- 1 spoon of black sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the cob into cubes, add some salt and pepper and leave them marinate in a bowl.
Whisk the eggs in another bowl, add salt and pepper too.
Put the flour in a bowl, and the hazelnut crumbs and the hazelnut powder and crumbs in a fourth bowl.
Rince the bok choi and slice them in two. In a stove, heat the olive oil and place the bok choi to leave them cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Return them from time to time. Add the sesame oil and the two sorts of sesame seeds. Cover the stove and leave them cook for 5 more minutes.
Roll the Cob into the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the hazelnuts.
Put them in the stove with the bok-choi and make them cook until the crust becomes honey colored and the fish is correctly cooked.
