Ingredients
- 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 banana per person, cut lenghtwise, then halved
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/4 cup Cream De Banana
- 1/2 butter
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and brown sugar and cinnamon in saucepan over low heat. Stir until thickens and sugar dissolves. Stir in Cream De Banana, then add bananas. Mix until bananas are coated and begins to brown.
Tilt pan, add rum. Continue to cook the sauce until the flame subsides.
Scoop ice cream in dish, pour banana mixture over ice cream.
