Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix
- 1 jar (12 oz) peach or apricot preserves
- ½ cup water
- 4 bone in or boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick (about 3 lbs)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl combine onion soup mix, preserves, and water.
In 13x9 inch baking or roasting pan arrange chops, top with soup mixture.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until chops are done. Makes about 4 servings.
