Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 T oilive oil
- 1 t vinegar
- 1/4 t salt

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Add black pepper to taste. Pulse until mixture is spreadable
