  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 T oilive oil
  • 1 t vinegar
  • 1/4 t salt

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Add black pepper to taste. Pulse until mixture is spreadable
