Orange Delight Cake

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 2 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 2 tsp orange zest
• 2/3 cup shortening
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 1/3 cup water
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Then add, zest, shortening, orange juice and water. Beat for 2 minutes. Add 2 eggs and beat for 2 more minutes. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
