Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp of Oil
- 1 Large Bunch Fresh Broccoli separated
- 3 Tbsp Chinese Oyster-flavored Sauce
- Large Wok
Preparation
Step 1
Heat Large Wok and add the oil. Add Broccoli and stir for 3 minutes. Pour in 1/4 C of Water and continue to stir-fry until liquid is almost gone (about 2 minutes). Add Oyster sauce and cook tossing until broccoli is coated (about 1 minute)
