  • 1 MED ZUCCKENI, CUT 1/4 IN SLICES
  • 1 CARROT, CUT IN 1/8 SLICES
  • 1 C WHIPPING CREAM
  • 1/2 C CHICKEN STOCK
  • 1 C TINY FROZEN PEAS
  • 2 OZ HAM, CHOPPED (WE USE MORE)
  • 5 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
  • SALT & PEPPER
  • 1# FETTUCENE, DRAINED
  • 1 C PARMASION CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT SKILLET, ADD BUTTER, ONION & GARLIC AND SAUTE 2 MINUTES. MIX IN MUSHROOMS, CALULEFLOWER, ZUCCKENI & CARROTS. STIR FRY 2 MINUTES. ADD CREAM & CHICKEN STOCK. COOK ABOUT 2 MINUTES. STIR IN PEAS, HAM, ONION AND COOK 2 MINUTES. SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER. ADD FETTUCCENI AND CHEESE TOSSING UNTIL THROUGHLY COMBINED. SPOON ON TO PLATES AND SERVE IMMEDIATLY.
