- 1/2 C UNSALTED BUTTER
- 1 MED ONION - MINCED
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE - MINCED
- 1/2 C MUSHROOM, SLICED
- 6 OZ CAULEFLOWER, CUT IN FLORETS
- 1 MED ZUCCKENI, CUT 1/4 IN SLICES
- 1 CARROT, CUT IN 1/8 SLICES
- 1 C WHIPPING CREAM
- 1/2 C CHICKEN STOCK
- 1 C TINY FROZEN PEAS
- 2 OZ HAM, CHOPPED (WE USE MORE)
- 5 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
- SALT & PEPPER
- 1# FETTUCENE, DRAINED
- 1 C PARMASION CHEESE

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT SKILLET, ADD BUTTER, ONION & GARLIC AND SAUTE 2 MINUTES. MIX IN MUSHROOMS, CALULEFLOWER, ZUCCKENI & CARROTS. STIR FRY 2 MINUTES. ADD CREAM & CHICKEN STOCK. COOK ABOUT 2 MINUTES. STIR IN PEAS, HAM, ONION AND COOK 2 MINUTES. SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER. ADD FETTUCCENI AND CHEESE TOSSING UNTIL THROUGHLY COMBINED. SPOON ON TO PLATES AND SERVE IMMEDIATLY.
