Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs zucchini
- 2 tsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Cut zucchini into large pieces. Heat oil in large skillet, toss in zucchini. Season with coarse salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown in spots. Transfer to bowl and toss with lemon juice and thyme.
