Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c skim milk
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 t flour
- 2 T cream cheese
- 1 c parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 T Molly McButter
- 2 t Molly McButter
- 4 c fetttucine, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan over high heat, whisk milk, garlic, flour and cream cheese. Bring to a boil, whishing constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for two minutes or until thickened. Add parmesan whisk until blended. Remove from heat. Stir in Molly McButter. Pour sauce over hot ot fettuccine. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper if desired.
