Ingredients
- I lb linguine
- 4 tbs butter
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 2 shallots diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and devined
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- parsley leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Pasta Drain
In larg4e skillet, melt 2 tbs butter in 2 tbs olive lil over med high heat. Saute Shallots, garlic and red pepper about 3-4 minutes. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, add to pan and cook until pink. Remove shrim and keep warm . Add wine and lemon jucie and bring to boil. Add 2 tbs butter and 2 tbs oil. When butter has melted return shrimp to pan along with the parsley and pasta. Stir will with salt and pepper Drizzle a little more oli8ve oil and weve immediately
