Ingredients
- 2-1/2lb baking potateos peeled and quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tub (8oz) Cream Cheese spread
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp salt.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook potateos and garlic in boiling water in a large sauce pan 20 min. or until tender; drain.
Mash potatoes until smooth
Stir in remaining ingredient until well blended
