• 2-1/2lb baking potateos peeled and quartered
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tub (8oz) Cream Cheese spread
• 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 1 tsp salt.

Step 1

Cook potateos and garlic in boiling water in a large sauce pan 20 min. or until tender; drain.

Mash potatoes until smooth

Stir in remaining ingredient until well blended
