Hot Pepper Peach Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Rothschild hot pepper peach preserves
  • 1 Tb. chopped onion
  • 1 Tb. chopped jalapeno

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together well and chill for about 1 hr. Form into a ball and roll in Monterey Jack cheese.
