Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 8 potatoes
- 1 - 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 finely chopped onions
- 1 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 t. horseradish
- 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Peel then slice potatoes into thin (1/4") slices. Boil; be careful to not over or under cook. Drain well and work quickly.
Mix sauce together and then place 1/2 of te potatoes in a 9 x 12, 2-3 quart casserole, followed by sauce then more potatoes and top with remaining sauce.
Make at least one day ahead.
