Ingredients
- 1 9" graham cracker crust
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- Liquid from pineapple + enough water to make 1 cup
- 1 small pkg lemon jello
- 1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat pineapple and water to boiling and add lemon jello until dissolved. Blend 1/2 cup jello mixture with cream cheese and beat until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Chill until set. Arrange pineapple chunks on top and spoon remaining 1/2 cup jello mixture over to glaze. Chill several hours.
