Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon
- 1/2 c green onions, chopped
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T garlic, minced
- 1 T oil
- 1 T ginger root, grated
Preparation
Step 1
1) Place salmon in the middle of aluminum foil and turn up the sides.
2) Sprinkle green onions over.
3) Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top.
4) Bake or grill for 20 min.
