Ingredients
- ¼ cup Butter
- ½ lb Mushrooms
- ¾ cup Beef broth
- ¾ tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsn Cornstarch
- ¼ cup sauterne
Preparation
Step 1
In a 9 inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter cook the mushrooms until tender, stir in beef broths and salt and heat the mixture to boiling, meanwhile in cup blend cornstarch and sauterne until smooth, gradually stir sauterne mixture into mushroom mixture and cook, stirring constantly until thick, serve over steaks hamburgers, chicken, cooked green beans or peas.
