Creamy Tomato and Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce pkg spaghetti
  • 2 cups broccoli florette's
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken cut into strips
  • 1 (14. 5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup ( 1/2 of 8 ounce tub) Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook spaghetti as directed on package, adding the broccoli during the last 4 minutes of the cooking time.

Meanwhile heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and dressing. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 4 min., stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese; cook and stir until cheese is melted.

Drain spaghetti mixture and place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
